BEFORE YOU BOOK

What happens to the recordings after the session?

Agree file formats, naming, selected takes, editing and transfer arrangements with the producer before recording. Tell us if your own editor needs the recorded material or if you want us to scope additional editing and finishing.

Can producers direct a session remotely?

Yes. Fitzrovia Post supports remote direction through Source-Connect and Cleanfeed. Confirm the platform, participants and connection requirements with the studio before booking.

Can I book a voiceover or ADR session today?

Call 020 7209 3474 for same-day availability, Monday to Friday, 08:30–18:00. Sessions depend on room and engineer availability; a website visit does not reserve a slot.

Is voiceover recording the same as ADR?

Voiceover is recorded for uses such as narration, commercials and animation. ADR records or replaces dialogue to picture. Tell us which workflow you need so we can prepare the session correctly.

How do I get a recording quote?

Send your script or cue requirements, cast size, dates, remote-direction needs and deliverables. A producer will confirm the room, engineering support and any editing or other services included in your quote.

Media, people and approvals

Send the current script or ADR cue list, picture reference where relevant, pronunciation notes and the names of the people approving the performance. Agree remote connections and how takes should be named and delivered. Tell us whether you need the recorded session files, selected takes or separately scoped editing.

Attended sessions take place at Academic House, 24–28 Oval Road, London NW1 7DJ. The studios are 4 minutes' walk from Camden Town station. Camden Town is 5 minutes by tube from Tottenham Court Road. Share the full address and arrival time with every contributor, and agree access requirements with the bookings team.
